I will take a couple my Senior year, but yea, i didn’t know much about AP until my junior year, so can i still get into a good college without taking many APs even though i have relatively good grades?

Admission to the easier UC campuses and to all the CSU campuses, except for perhaps the most difficult two or three of them, is based more on your GPA than on how many AP classes were taken. Email me if you want to know my suggestions on which CSU campuses to favor and which to avoid.

On your UC application include your preferred campus as your first choice and your preferred “safety” campus as your fourth (last) choice as many students who qualify for more than one campus are admitted only to the highest of their choices for which they qualify.

  1. It all depends on the schools. For some of the ivy league schools then yes. Otherwise, no. I didn’t take any AP classes and I still got accepted into college and most people did the same thing.
